Attorney

Cassandra J. Hoben

I am a first generation attorney from Coaldale, Pennsylvania. I completed my undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Elizabethtown College where I was president of my class and competed in mock trial.

After college, I went straight to law school at North Carolina Central University School of Law. I was a Constitutional Law Tutor and Student Attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic where I worked to combat the eviction crisis in Durham County. I graduated cum laude in May 2022 and passed the North Carolina Bar Exam in July 2022.

My passions include decriminalizing mental health and poverty. Additionally, I want to help families going through some of the hardest times of their lives at Taylor Legal Services.

Outside the office I enjoy traveling, doing Pure Barre, shopping and finding the best coffee shops in Winston-Salem.
